HOW WE WORK
We specialise in dealing with first-time buyers and property investors. There is no cost involved in using our services. Should we successfully place your home loan with any of the banks, we will receive an introductory commission only from that particular lender. We work with all major lending institutions and banks, including: ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, First National Bank and Investec.
Working with us is an easy three-step process:
- A Home Loan Pre-Approval should be the first step in the home loan application process.
- Based on minimal information from you, we will calculate the loan amount for which you will qualify.
- Once an Offer to Purchase has been accepted , we simultaneously submit home-loan applications to all lenders, and then we will personally monitor and adjudicate their responses. It can take several days to play one lender up against another to secure the most competitive deal for you.

Gary Peterson has a passion for buying and investing in property. After many years experience in the banking industry, he became one of the founding consultants at what later became the home finance giant MortgageSA (recently rebranded as ooba). However, in 2004, after 10 years management and consultancy experience with MortgageSA, it was time to move on.
